Overview
Pickle’s Pet Treats has a 30 day refund policy. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days to receive a refund. We are unable to refund orders after 30 days of receiving your package due to the nature of our products.
To be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase and your order must be unused, and in the original packaging. Please take a photo of the problem and send it to picklespetcare@gmail.com along with your details.
If you have any other issues with our products, please contact us directly and we will be happy to resolve them.
Refunds
Once we have received proof of purchase and a photo of the problem, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Refunds will only be given for products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded due to the nature of our products.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your order and a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, there is no need to return your order if you receive a refund.
