*We now require clients to read and agree to our terms of conditions before booking pet sitting appointments. By booking our pet sitting service, it is required that you read and agree to all terms and conditions as follows:
- Payment must be made 1-7 business days before the start of the visit
- Last-minute bookings require payment on the date of the first visit
- Visits over 7 days now require a 20% deposit at the time of booking, which is taken out of the final bill – Cancellations within 7 days of the visit will not be refunded the deposit
- Cats & dogs must be microchipped and registered with Council, and claimed on the Pet Registry website https://www.petregistry.nsw.gov.au/#/
- Parrots must be microchipped and registered
- Cats must have at least a current F4 vaccination certificate (core vaccines for preventable diseases).
- Dogs must have at least a C3 vaccination certificate (core vaccines for preventable diseases).
- Cats and dogs must wear collars with identification tags
- Fences and gates must be secure
- Hutches, bird cages and small animal enclosures must be escape-proof and fox-proof
- Any veterinary treatment required during pet sitting will incur fees to the owner
We can look after all species, including large animals and exotics
Here’s what happens when we look after your pets:
- Once or twice daily visits, depending on your pets requirements
- Feeding and watering
- Administering medications if necessary
- Poo patrol / kitty litter cleaning
- Tidying yard of hazards daily
- Collecting mail
- Watering plants
- Vacuuming for pets who shed excessively
- Any other services you may require (may incur additional fees)
Your pets will be looked after by a qualified Veterinary Nurse with over 10 years of experience.
