Pet sitting T&C’s

Due to the current global health crisis there will be some minor changes to the way we do petsitting, so here are our updated terms and conditions:

*We now require clients to read and agree to our terms of conditions for pet sitting appointments:

  1. We are not able to provide this service to people who have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID-19, have any symptoms, or have travelled to any hotspots or overseas recently.
  2. A (free) establishment appointment is required before the first visit to go through your pets needs and sign paperwork.
  3. On the last visit, we will leave a detailed letter describing how everything went to avoid physical contact, but owners are free to message us any time or call us on 0409832821 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to discuss the visit.
  4. Payment must be made 1-7 business days before the first visit.
  5. Last-minute bookings require payment on the date of the first visit.
  6. Visits over 7 days now require a 20% deposit at the establishment appointment, which is taken out of the final bill – Cancellations within 7 days of the visit will not be refunded the deposit.
  7. Cancellations of paid invoices will be refunded up to 7 days before the first visit. Last minute cancellations will not be refunded.
  8. Cats & dogs must be microchipped and registered with the Shoalhaven Council, and claimed on the Pet Registry website https://www.petregistry.nsw.gov.au/
  9. Parrots must be microchipped and registered, or secured indoors.
  10. Cats must have at least a current F4 vaccination certificate (core vaccines for preventable diseases).*

Regular photos and updates will be sent while you’re away – usually every second day, but let us know if you would like to be sent updates more often.
